    3. Phone Interview

One of our HR team members will give a phone call to understand a bit more about your educational background and work experience. This also gives you an opportunity to clarify any doubts you may have regarding the job role.

    4. Online Assessment

After the phone interview, if we feel you are a good match for our requirements, we will email you an online assessment. It should only take 30-40 mins to complete this assessment. It is recommended that you use a computer and not your mobile phone for this.

The assessment questions are less complicated than what you will be facing in the personal interview. So, you must try and complete the online assessment without any help.

    5. Personal Interview

Our interview process is a chance for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about us. It is usually a two-way communication, and we always encourage the candidates appearing for the interview to ask all the questions they may have for us.

    6. Decision

Every application is important to us. We carefully review each application to assess how your skill and experience would complement the role we are looking to fill. It can take us up to a couple of weeks to come to a decision. We will contact you to share the news.
